API & systems integration

API and systems integration that stays connected

Connect your CRM, billing, data and internal tools so information flows on its own, without copy-paste or brittle scripts.

Most businesses run on a patchwork of tools that don't talk to each other. People bridge the gaps by hand, re-entering data and reconciling reports, and every handoff is a chance for something to go wrong.

We connect those systems properly. That means well-designed integrations that handle failures, retries and changing data, and that someone is watching, rather than a script that works until the day an API changes.

What you get

What we build and deliver

Third-party integrations

Connections between the platforms you already use, such as CRM, billing, support, marketing and finance tools.

Your own APIs

Clean, documented, versioned APIs for your product, partners or internal teams, with authentication and rate limits done right.

Data pipelines and sync

Reliable movement of data between systems and into your warehouse, with checks that catch problems early.

Reliability built in

Retries, idempotency, alerting and logs, so integrations fail loudly and recover on their own where they can.

The process

From first call to handover

  1. 01

    Map the flows

We trace how data moves today, where it gets stuck and what it costs you.

  2. 02

    Design

A clear integration plan covering data contracts, error handling and ownership.

  3. 03

    Build and test

Integrations built and tested against realistic data before they touch production.

  4. 04

    Monitor and hand over

Alerts, dashboards and documentation, so you know it's working and how to fix it.

Questions

API & systems integration: common questions

Can you integrate with systems that have no public API?

Often, yes. Options include file exports, database access, vendor-supported connectors or carefully built automation. We'll tell you which approach is safest and what the trade-offs are.

Should we use an integration platform instead of custom code?

Sometimes. Low-code tools are a good fit for simple, low-volume flows. We'll recommend one when it's the right answer and build custom only when you need the reliability, volume or control.

How do you make sure integrations don't break silently?

We build in retries, deduplication, alerts and logs, and we agree up front who gets notified and what happens when a system is down.

Can you build an API for our product?

Yes. We design APIs around the people who will use them, with documentation, versioning, authentication and rate limiting, so they're pleasant to use and safe to expose.
